100% non-status mortgages available
Initially Villarama will be offering homes built to a high specification, brand new 2, 3 or 4 bedroom houses for sale in the suburbs of Sofia.
The main reason is clear. There is a large demand for houses available for rental to Corporate Clients engaging in business in preparation for the entry of Bulgaria to the EU (2007) and after. At present there are not enough suitable standard rental houses available.

There is already a 'waiting list' (allocation queue) for properties as we make sites available which is why Villarama are making sure Investors are serious by funding the formation of a Bulgarian Company at this stage.
Once the Investor has formed their Company they will be put in the queue for the properties on a strict basis of being offered property in the same order as the Bulgarian Companies are formed. We believe that this is the fairest method of property allocation considering the actual and anticipated demand when offering 100% funding.

Villarama restricts the number of company formations to ensure that the maximum wait for a completed property will be no longer than 12 months from the time the Investor forms a Company.
Obviously, if the construction workforce is expanded due to increased demand the timescale may be quicker.
Above all, no property will be commenced unless it can be delivered to the Company within 16 weeks.
This is to ensure that Investors are not waiting longer than the prescribed 16 weeks for the completion of their chosen property.
