We can give you guidance on furnishings, decoration, insurance, property management and cleaning.
Whilst the apartments and houses that we sell are finished to a very high standard, as is usual in Bulgaria, some only have the bathrooms fitted. We therefore can provide you with a full turn-key property, fitted and finished to a very high standard.
So that you can finish your new apartment to a high standard throughout, we have arranged for a furniture pack to be designed to complete your purchase.
As part of the furniture pack, a fitted kitchen with appliances is included. This will include a cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, fixtures and fittings.
The cost of these packages range from approx €3,000 for a studio, €4,000 for a 1-bed apartment, and €5,000 for a 2-bed apartment.
We can also furnish houses and villas, with prices starting from as little as €7500 for a two-bedroom house.
